If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging including all guards, oils, and charging cables provided.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
